摘　　要：目的分析小儿偏瘫患者应用鼠神经生长因子穴位注射配合核心稳定训练的作用研究。方法选取我院2014-01-2016-01收治的90例小儿偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规康复处理联合一般功能训练,不对健肢的使用进行限制,观察组采用鼠神经生长因子穴位注射配合核心稳定训练,对2组患儿治疗前后的上下肢Fugl-Meyer评分进行分析对比。结果 2组治疗前上下肢Fugl-Meyer评分无明显差异,治疗后上下肢Fugl-Meyer评分得到明显的提高,与治疗前相比具有明显的差异(P<0.05)。且对照组与观察组上下肢Fugl-Meyer评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿偏瘫患者应用鼠神经生长因子穴位注射配合核心稳定训练具有良好的临床效果,能大大提高上下肢Fugl-Meyer评分,促进患儿早日康复,值得在临床应用上推广。Objective To explore the effects of acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor combined with core stability training on hemiplegic children.Method All of 90 hemiplegic children in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as research objects and were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The former group received conventional rehabilitation and normal functional training and no restriction was performed for the uninjured side limbs,while the latter group received acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor combined with core stability training.Finally we evaluated Fugl-Meyer scores of upper and lower limbs before and after treatment.Results The Fugl-Meyer scores of upper and lower limbs in the two groups showed no statistical difference before treatment,but apparently increased after treatment which presented statistical difference compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）.In addition,the significant difference also happened between control group and observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combined therapy of acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor and core stability training can have an effective effect on hemiplegic children through tremendously enhancing Fugl-Meyer scores and can promote the rehabilitation of hemiplegia,which may be worthy of clinical application.
