体检人群劲动脉超声筛查结果及脑卒中危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的解体检人群中脑卒中发病风险,筛选高危人群,并分析相关危险因素,为脑卒中的预防提供依据。方法以2015-04—2016-06我院256例体检者为研究对象,进行常规体格检查和劲动脉超声筛查,包括双侧颈总动脉、颈内动脉、颈外动脉等,记录颈动脉粥样硬化斑块检出情况,并对性别、年龄、高血脂、高血压、肥胖等危险因素进行分析。结果年龄≥60岁患者斑块形成率为11.76%,高于年龄<60岁的4.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性斑块形成率为11.02%,高于女性的3.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、高血脂、高血压、肥胖为脑卒中的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论老年人群脑卒中发病率较高,男性较女性发病率高,发生率与、高血脂、高血压、肥胖等危险因素有关。Objective To learn the risk of stroke of 256 people in physical examination,to screen the high-risk groups,and to analyze the related risky factors,so as to provide basis for the prevention of stroke.Methods 256 cases of physical examination in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the object of study,and they were examed with routine physical examination and arterial ultrasound screening,including bilateral common carotid artery,internal carotid artery and external carotid artery,etc.The incidence of carotid atherosclerotic plaque was recorded,and the risky factors such as sex,age,hyperlipidemia,hypertension and obesity were analyzed.Results Among the 256 patients,the rate of plaque formation was 11.76% among those≥60,which was higher than 4.10% among those 60,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）;the plaque formation rate of male was 11.02%,higher than 3.88% of female,and there was a significant difference between them（3.88%）（P〈0.05）;the analysis showed that risky factors were associated with age,hyperlipidemia,hypertension and obesity（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Among the 256 people with physical examination,middle-aged and elderly patients with a higher incidence,and the.same is true with women patients.The incidence is associated with high blood fat,high blood pressure,obesity and other risky factors.
