急性脑梗死患者血清IL-23/IL-17水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清IL-23/IL-17水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质的相关性。方法选取85例急性脑梗死患者,按梗死体积分为小梗死灶组、中梗死灶组及大梗死灶组,按颈动脉超声检查结果分为易损斑块组、稳定斑块组及无斑块组;选取50例健康人群为对照组。对比各组血清IL-23、IL-17及C-反应蛋白(Creactive protein,CRP)水平。结果急性脑梗死组血清IL-23、IL-17、CRP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。中梗死组、大梗死组患者血清IL-23、IL-17、CRP水平显著高于小梗死组(P<0.05),且中梗死组显著高于大梗死组(P<0.05)。稳定斑块组、易损斑块组患者血清IL-23、IL-17、CRP水平显著高于无斑块组(P<0.05),且易损斑块组显著高于稳定斑块组(P<0.05)。结论血清IL-23/IL-17水平可反映急性脑梗死病灶大小和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质。Objective To evaluate the relationship between serum IL-23/IL-17 and carotid atherosclerosis plaque vulnerability in acute cerebral infarction.Methods Chose 85 patients with acute cerebral infarction as research object.According the infarction volume,all cases were divided into small infarction group,medium infarction group and big infarction group.According the result of carotid artery ultrasound,all cases were divided into vulnerable plaque group,stable plaques group and non-plaque group.Chose 50 healthy people as control group.The serum IL-23、IL-17 and C reactive protein（CRP） level were compared between each group.Results The serum IL-23,IL-17 and CRP levels of acute cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）.The serum IL-23、IL-17 and CRP levels of medium infarction group and big infarction group were significantly higher than small infarction group（P〈0.05）,and the big infarction group was significantly higher than medium infarction group（P〈0.05）.The serum IL-23、IL-17 and CRP levels of vulnerable plaque group and stable plaques group were significantly higher than non-plaque group（P〈0.05）,and the vulnerable plaque group was significantly higher than stable plaques group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum IL-23/IL-17 can effectively response the acute cerebral infarction volume and carotid atherosclerosis plaque vulnerability.
