摘　　要：基于城市环线周边土地利用与交通出行的关系机理,结合两级分区的交通小区划分方法和模糊聚类分析的交通小区划分方法,提出城市环线交通小区的划分方法,并以拉萨市东环线为例,进行交通小区划分,证明该交通小区划分方法具有一定的应用价值。Based on the relationship mechanism between land use and traffic trip for city belt highways, the method of traffic zone division was combined with two-level regionalizing and fuzzy cluster analysis, then the traffic zone division for city belt highways was putted forward. An example of east ring road in Lasa city is presented to prove that the new method of traffic zone division has certain application value.
