摘 要:目的探讨不同洞缘斜面宽度对树脂充填上颌中切牙切角缺损应力的影响。方法选择形态、尺寸正常的上颌中切牙,通过逆向工程技术建立上颌中切牙邻面缺损的三维有限元模型,并对其进行边缘扩展,将其边缘斜面宽度设计为0、1、2、3、4mm;运用三维有限元法分析不同边缘宽度对树脂充填后树脂、粘接界面以及牙体组织最大主应力的影响。结果不同边缘宽度的最大主应力分布相似。树脂的最大主应力主要集中于加载点附近;粘接界面的最大主应力集中于舌侧粘接边缘;牙体组织的最大主应力集中于牙颈部。随着肩台宽度的增加,粘接界面的最大主应力在不断减小,而树脂与牙体组织的最大主应力几乎无变化。结论宽度为3mm的斜面边缘扩展可以有效增加树脂粘接面积,并降低树脂和粘接界面的最大主应力。Objective To investigate the effects of different margin widths on the stress of resin-filled corner defect of maxillary central incisor.Methods Three-dimensional finite element models of corner defect of maxillary central incisor with different margin widths were established by reverse modeling method.According to the design of margin widths,the models were divided into five groups of 0mm,1mm,2mm,3mm and 4mm.The influence of different widths of margin on maximum stress of resin,adhesive interface and tooth were analyzed by three-dimensional finite element method.Results The distribution of maximum principal stress of five groups was similar.The stress of resin,adhesive interface and tooth were mainly concentrated in the load point,bonding interface edge and tooth neck,respectively.With the increasing width of cavity margin,the maximum principal stress of bonding interface was decreased,while the maximum principal stress of resin and tooth was almost unchanged.Conclusion The edge extension of shoulder with a width of 3mm can effectively increase the resin adhesive area and reduce the maximum principal stress of resin and bonding interface.
