摘 要:目的:比较三种生物活性牙膏(精氨酸专效抗敏牙膏、GC护牙素、奥敏清脱敏糊剂)对牙釉质再矿化/脱矿作用的影响。方法:建立釉质早期龋坏模型,经过15 d pH循环及耐酸性试验后,测定牙釉质在不同时间点的表面硬度(SMH)值,并进行统计学分析。结果:经pH循环后,三组牙膏处理组牙釉质的SMH值均显著高于对照组(P<0.001),耐酸性实验后,各组的SMH值显著下降(P<0.05),牙膏处理组牙釉质的SMH值下降较少。pH循环及耐酸性实验后,精氨酸组和奥敏清组的SMH值均比GC护牙素组高(P<0.05),精氨酸组和奥敏清组相比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:三种牙膏都可促进脱矿牙釉质再矿化,抑制酸性环境下的脱矿。精氨酸专效抗敏牙膏和奥敏清脱敏糊剂较GC护牙素有更好的再矿化潜能,减少釉质脱矿。Objective : The aim of the study was to compare the effect of different bioactive element containing tooth- pastes( Pro-ArginTM, GC Tooth Mousse and NovaMin )on demineralization/remineralization of enamel. Methods:Creating the artificial incipient carious lesion model, after 15 days pH-cyefing and acid resistance testing, surface hardness of the samples was assessed using the Knoop hardness test at different time points. Data were analyzed using SPSS software 17.0. Resuits:After pH-cycfing, the surface hardness values in treatment groups were significantly higher than the control group (P 〈 0. 001 ). After acid resistance testing, all groups showed a significant loss of surface hardness ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , the decrease in treatment groups were significantly lower than the control group. No significant difference was found in surface hardness between Pro-ArginTM and NovaMin group during the pH-cycling test and acid resistance test. Conclusion:The three toothpastes showed reminerafizatiou potential, Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief and NovaMin present an advantage in enhancing remineralization and inhibition demineralization for early enamel carious lesions in comparison with GC Tooth Mousse.
