摘  要:以椰子油、聚乙二醇-400、顺丁烯二酸酐、偏重亚硫酸钠合成一种新型具有抗菌防霉作用的加脂剂,用振荡法和晕圈法测其抗菌效果,并用傅立叶红外吸收光谱分析合成后椰子油的结构变化。研究表明:在椰子油∶聚乙二醇-400摩尔比为1∶2、醇解产物与顺丁烯二酸酐摩尔比1∶0.7的条件下合成的椰子油加脂剂的抗菌效果较好,用振荡法测其抑菌率可达85.2%,晕圈法测其抗菌效果时,能看到明显的抑菌透明圈,其直径可达31.50mm;偏重亚硫酸钠用量为油脂质量的25%时,加脂剂有较好的加脂效果且抗菌效果不变。A new fatliquor with antibacterial mouldproof effect was synthesized using coconut oil, polyethylene glycol -400,maleic anhydride and sodium metabisulfite, its antibacterial effect was measured by succussion and halo meth- od. The structure changes of coconut oil in the fatliquor were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrosco- py. Results show that under the coconut oil and polyethylene glycol-400 molar ratio 1 : 2, alcoholysis product and ma- leic anhydride molar ratio 1 : 0.7, the synthetic coconut oil fatliquor has better antibacterial effect. And the antifungal activity ratio can up to 85.2% with succussion. The antifungal transparent circle is clear and its diameter is up to 31.50mm when the antibacterial effect was tested with halo method. When the dosage of sodium metabisulfite is 25% of the grease quality, the fatliquor has better fat liquoring effect and has no influence on the antibacterial effect.
