摘  要:目的探讨氢氧化铝致猫运动区癫痫模型的制作方法及病理、超微结构变化。方法在猫的左侧大脑乙状前回注入氢氧化铝乳剂或生理盐水50μl。术后观察猫的行为学变化,皮层脑电图变化,20周后取材观察病理及超微结构变化。结果实验组于术后11~14周时发现临床癫痫发作;实验组于8周时检测到皮层棘波放电,12周时放电次数最明显,持续到20周仍有棘波放电,且趋于稳定;实验组HE染色及透射电镜观察显示相应病理改变。结论成功制成氢氧化铝癫痫模型,其病理改变是导致大脑皮层棘波放电和癫痫发作的结构基础。Objective To establish the model of epilepsy induced by Aluminum hydroxide in cat's motor cortex and study its pathology and ultrastructure. Methods Aluminum hydroxide or Normal saline was injected into the cats ' left sigmoid gyrus,then recorded the change of ECG at different time point. After 20 weeks by operation,the specimens sampling were observed changes of pathology by the light microscope and eletron microscope. Results Epileptic seizure was found in the experimental group from 11 to 14 weeks. Spike wave was showed in experimental group from 8 to 20 week after the operation.experimental group showed related pathological changes by HE staining and TEM( transmission electron microscope). Conclusion The epileptic model induced by Aluminum hydroxide was obtained,its pathological changes induced producing of spike wave and epileptic seizure
