摘  要:中小河流管理范围与保护范围的划界工作是河湖管护的一项重要基础工作,而河道建设工程中的CAD图纸和常规1∶10 000比例尺影像地图等常规基础资料并不能清晰和准确地识别中小河流管理和保护划界起算线。该文探讨了了无人机航测技术在中小河流划界中的应用,认为该技术可以获得测区立体像对、高分辨率3D点云数据和正射影像图,可较清晰地识别堤脚线、土埂坡脚、坡式护岸岸顶等中小河流管理和保护区划界的起算线,通过空间分析结合人工目视解译,可准确地划定中小河流管理和保护区边界。The delimitation of small and medium rivers is an important basis for the management of rivers. And the CAD drawings and 1:1 million scale image maps and other conventional basic information can not clearly and accurately identify the small river demarcation line. This paper discusses the application of UAV aerial surveying technique in the delimitation of small and medium rivers. It is considered that this technology can obtain high -resolution 3D point cloud data and orthophoto map, which can clearly identify the starting line of the demarcation line, for example, dike foot, the slope of the river bank and so on. And then, through spatial analysis combined with artificial visual interpretation, can accurately delineate the management and protected area boundaries.
