摘  要:1997年3月11日,日本东海后处理厂沥青固化设施发生火灾,随后又发生爆炸事故。该事故是日本当时最严重的核事故,造成了极为不利的社会影响。由于沟通交流问题,我国对该事故仅有一定的了解,信息严重不足,且存在一些相互矛盾的信息。本文在归纳整理现有资料的基础上,对该事故展开了深入的调查和研究,特别是对事故序列的清理,对火灾事故的应对情况梳理、事故后对根本原因的进一步试验和分析研究,事故对营运单位的根本性影响等都开展了深入调查和研究,从而较为全面地掌握了事故信息。当前我国正在大力发展后处理政策和相关技术的探索和研究,该事故的研究将有助于我国相关事业的安全健康可持续发展。On 11 March 1997, a fire broke out in the Bituminization Demonstration Facility of the Tokai Reprocessing Plant, which was owned by the Japan Power Nuclear Fuel Development Corporation, followed by an explosion. The accident was the worst nuclear accident in Japan at that time, resulting in extremely adverse social and public influence. As a result of communication problems, China has only few information of the accident, and there are some contradictory information. On the basis of summarizing the existing information, this paper has carried on the thorough investigation and the research to the accident, especially the accident sequence, the dealt with the fire accident, the further experiment and the analysis of the root cause after the accident, The impact of the accident on the follow-up of the operating units have carried out in-depth investigation and research, which is more comprehensive grasp of the accident information. At present, China is vigorously developing reprocessing policy and related technology research, the accident research will help China's related industry of safe, healthy and sustainable development.
