网络涉枪犯罪侦控探析

摘　　要：互联网时代,万物互通,网络涉枪犯罪也呈现出新的形式,其隐蔽性、灵活性、危害性在互联网时代被无限放大,给新时期新类型的网络涉枪犯罪的侦查带来新的问题。本文旨在通过剖析新时期网络涉枪犯罪的特点来探究网络涉枪犯罪的侦查手段及方法,并根据现实情况提出了应对新时期网络涉枪犯罪的社会防控策略。In the Internet era, network crime involving firearms and explosives also showed a new form. Its concealment, flexibility, harm was magnified in the Internet era. The investigation for the new period of new types of network crimes involving guns and explosives has become a new problem. This paper aims at the investigation means and method through the analysis of characteristics of the new period of network crime involving firearms and explosives to explore the invisible network crime involving firearms and explosives, and puts forward the prevention and control of the new period to copy with network crime involving firearms and explosives according to the actual situation.
