摘 要:探讨NomexⅢA纤维壳聚糖纤维混纺纱的纺纱工艺。介绍了NomexⅢA纤维和壳聚糖纤维的性能、用途及混纺工艺流程。总结了各工序的技术措施,并测试了所纺混纺纱的抗菌、防霉、防静电、阻燃等性能。试验表明:这两种纤维性能差异较大,一定要保证混和均匀;粗纱工序作为难点,定量和捻系数要偏大掌握。认为:NomexⅢA纤维与壳聚糖纤维系列混纺纱抗菌防霉防静电阻燃效果良好,可重点拓展应用于航空航天领域。Spinning Technology of Nomex Ⅲ A fiber chitosan fiber blended yarn was discussed. Property,us- age and blended spinning technology of Nomex Ⅲ A fiber and chitosan fiber were introduced. Technology meas ures of each process were summarized. The property such as anti-bacteria, anti-fungus, anti-static and flame-retardant were tested. Tests show thai two kinds of fibers should be blended uniformly for different properties. Taking roving process as a key,weight perunit and twist factor should be greater. It is considered that Nomex Ⅲ A fiber and chitosan fiber series blended yarns have belier anti-bacteria properly,anti-fungus property,anti-static property and flame-retardant properly. It can be extended and applied to aero aviation field and space flight field.
