摘　　要："宴会设计与管理"是一门具有较强的实践性、时代性、创新性、变化性与应对性以及强调沟通与合作的酒店管理专业课程。在"互联网教育"高速发展的今天,如何突破校内资源限制、积极推动教学创新与改革是教育者需要思考的课题。文章对该课程的特点与教学困惑进行了分析,并从不同的层面提出了教学改革的策略。Banquet Design and Management, a course for hotel management students that emphasizes communi- cation and cooperation, has the features of being practical, epochal, innovative, variable and responsive. In the rapid development of intemet education today, educators are obliged to consider how to break through the limitation of school resources and promote teaching innovation and reform. This paper analyzes the course fea- tures and teachers＇ confusion in the teaching process before suggesting strategies from different levels.
