摘　　要：目的探讨EGF-R、PCNA、bcl-2和P53蛋白表达在胃粘膜组织恶性转化进程中的意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法,对60例胃癌,34例异型增生,36例肠上皮化生和26例正常胃粘膜进行EGF-R、PCNA、bcl-2和P53蛋白检测。结果 EGF-R和PCNA表达,胃癌和异型增生组显著高于肠上皮化生以及正常胃粘膜组(P<0.01);bcl-2表达:胃癌组显著低于肠上皮化生组(P<0.05)和正常胃粘膜组(P<0.01);P53表达;胃癌组显著高于异型增生组(P<0.05)、肠上皮化生和正常胃粘膜组(P<0.01)。结论 EGF-R、PCNA、bcl-2和P53表达,在胃粘膜组织恶性转化的过程中起重要作用。联合检测这些指标有助于判断癌前病变和早期胃癌。Objective To study the significance of the expressions of EGF - R, PCNA, bcl - 2 and P53 proteins in malignmt transformation of gastric mucosa tissue. Methods The expression of EGF-R, PCNA, bel - 2 and P53 proteins were detected by immunohisto - chemistry S- P method in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma, 34 cases of gastric mucosa dysplasia, 36 cases of gastric mocosa with intestinal metaplasia and 26 cases of normal gastric mucosa. Results The expressions of EGF - R and PCNA in the cases of gastric carcinoma and dysplasia were significantly higher than those in intestinal metaplasia and normal (P< 0.01) . The expression of bcl - 2 in the cases of gastric carcinoma were significantly lower than those in intestinal metaplasia (P< 0.05) and normal (P< 0.01) . The expression of P53 in the cases of gastric carcinoma were significantly higher than those in dysplasia (P<0.05), intestinal metaplasia and normal (P<0.01) . Conclusion The expression of EGF- R, PCNA, bcl - 2 and P53 may play an important role in malignant transformation of gastric mucosa tissue. Combined detecting would be important for evaluating the precancerous lesions and early gastric carcinoma.
