体验式教学结合案例教学在重症医学科护生教学中的运用效果

摘　　要：目的研究应用体验式教学结合案例教学法对重症医学科护生自主学习能力及教学效果的影响。方法将2015年1~12月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院重症医学科实习的护生56名作为对照组;2016年1~12月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院重症医学科实习的护生54名作为试验组。试验组采用体验式教学结合案例教学法进行集中培训学习,分别于培训前后采用护理专业大学生自主学习能力测评量表和医院自制重症医学专业相关知识调查,同时在培训结束后评价教学效果。比较两组护生的自主学习能力、ICU相关知识及教学质量。结果试验组护生自主学习能力总分、重症医学专科相关知识得分及教学效果得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体验式教学结合案例教学能够有效提高护士的自主学习能力和知识水平,增强护生的学习兴趣和积极性,提高教学质量。Objective To research the effect of experiential teaching combined with case teaching method on independent learning ability and teaching effect of nursing students. Methods From January to December in 2015, 56 nursing students in the Department of Critical Care Medicine, People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected as the control group. From January to December in 2016, 54 nursing students in the Department of Critical Care Medicine, People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected as the experimental group. Before and after the training, the nursing students′ self learning ability scale and the related knowledge of the self made critical care medicine were investigated. At the same time, after the end of the training, the teaching effects were evaluated.The independent learning ability, knowledge related to intensive care medicine and teaching quality in the two groups were compared. Results The total score of autonomous learning ability, the scores of knowledge related to intensive care medicine and teaching effect in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Experiential teaching combined with case teaching can effectively improve the independent learning ability and knowledge level of nursing students, enhance their learning interest and enthusiasm, and improve teaching quality.
