微创手术治疗轻中度高血压脑出血的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微创手术治疗轻中度高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年10月~2016年10月收治的60例轻中度高血压脑出血患者,将其分为微创手术组(40例)和对照组(20例)。微创手术组采用微创穿刺引流手术治疗,对照组采用传统保守药物治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的血肿清除情况、ADL评分、并发症发生率。结果两组患者的血肿清除率、ADL评分及并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创手术组的总有效率为95.00%,对照组为75.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创手术具有血肿清除率高、患者并发症少以及患者生活自理情况恢复快等特点,其治疗轻中度高血压脑出血的临床效果满意,可作为临床轻中度高血压脑出血患者的治疗首选方法,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery treating intracerebral hemorrhage caused by mild and moderate hypertensive.Methods 60 patients with hemorrhage caused by mild and moderate hypertensive treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and divided into minimally invasive surgery group（40 cases） and control group（20 cases）.Minimally invasive surgery group was treated with minimally invasive puncture and drainage,while the control group was treated with traditional conservative drugs.The clearance rate of hematoma,ADL score,incidence rate of complication after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clearance rate of hematoma,ADL score and incidence rate of complication between the two groups were statistical significance（P 〈0.05）.The total effective rate of minimally invasive surgery group was 95.00%,and it was 75.00% in control group,and there was a statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery treating intracerebral hemorrhage caused by mild and moderate hypertensive has the characteristics of high clearance rate of hematoma,less complications and rapid recovery of the patients,and its clinical effect is satisfactory,and it can be used as a preferred method of treating intracerebral hemorrhage caused by mild and moderate hypertensive.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
