摘 要:文章以陕西旅游轨道建设为研究背景,介绍了旅游轨道技术标准选取的原则,分析了其客流规律和需求特征及服务定位,提出了旅游轨道技术及服务标准:旅游轨道干线应建成准轨或米轨,支线可选择1 000 mm或762 mm轨距;干线一次建成双线或预留双线,支线可建成单线;线路长度超过200 km时设计行车速度应在100 km/h以上,长度在200 km以内时速度可在100 km/h以下;最大坡度和最小曲线半径根据行车速度比选确定;列车宜采用动车组模式,电力牵引;列车开行实施"小编组、高密度"的方案,同时打造良好的乘车环境,服务水平和票价指数可比照高速铁路。With Shaanxi tourism rail transit construction as research background,this article introduced the selecting principle of tourism rail transit technology standard, analyzed its passenger flow rules and demand characteristics and service positioning, and proposed the tourism rail transit technology and service standard;the tourist rail transit main-line should be built into the standard-gage or metergage,the branch line can choose 1000mm or 762mm track gauge;the trunk line shall be built with two lines or reserved two lines in one time,and the branch line can be built as single line,then the line length is more than 200 km,the design driving speed should be above lOOkm/h,while the speed can be below lOOkm/h when the length is within 200km;the maximum slope and the minimum curve radius can be determined according to the driving speed ratio;the train should adopt the EMU model,with the electric traction;the train operation shall implement the "small group, high density" program, while building the good inside environment,thus the service level and fare index can be compared to high- speed railway.
