LOXL2与HER-2蛋白在原发性肝癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨赖氨酰氧化酶样蛋白2(LOXL2)与表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)蛋白在原发性肝癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2014年7月至2016年11月江苏省南京市第二医院收治的82例原发性肝癌患者,通过手术收集患者肝癌组织及相应的癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学染色检测患者不同分期、不同分化程度、不同直径和是否转移情况下LOXL2与HER-2蛋白表达情况。结果:与癌旁组织相比,原发性肝癌组织中LOXL2与HER-2蛋白表达量显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤直径≥4cm、低分化程度、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期和存在远处转移的患者LOXL2与HER-2蛋白表达阳性率分别高于肿瘤直径<4cm、高或中分化程度、Ⅰ或Ⅱ期和无远处转移,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:原发性肝癌患者肝癌组织LOXL2和HER-2蛋白呈高表达,且肿瘤直径大、分期晚、分化程度低,出现转移的患者LOXL2和HER-2蛋白表达阳性率较高。Objective：To study the expression and clinical significance of lysyl oxldase-like gene 2 （LOXL2） and epidermal growth factor receptor 2 （HER-2） in patients with primary liver cancer （PLC）. Methods：82 PLC patients admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to November 2016 were selected. Liver cancer tissues and pericancer tissues were collected during their operations. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of LOXLT, and HER-2 protein in patients with different stages, different degrees of differentiation, different diameters, and metastasis. Results. The expressions of LOXL2 and HER-2 in PLC tissues were significantly higher than those in the adjacent tissues （P^0.05）. The positive rates of LOXL2 and HER-2 expressions in patients with tumor＇s diameter more than 4 cm, low degree differentiation, III - IV stage, and distant metastasis were significantly higher than those with tumor diameter less than 4 cm, high or moderate degree differentiation, I or II stage, and no distant metastasis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The expression levels of LOXL2 and HER-2 protein were significantly higher in patients with tumor diame- ter less than 4 cm, high or moderate degree differentiation, I or II stage, and no distant metastasis. The expression level may relate to the tumor size, stage, differentiation, and metastasis.
