校企协同的城乡规划特色应用型人才培养路径研究

摘　　要：针对中国新型城镇化建设对规划师专业能力的需求,给出了城乡规划特色应用型人才概念模型,分析了校企协同培养人才的基本思路,指出校企协同是提高特色应用型人才培养质量的有效途径,主要包括"双师型"队伍建设、专业课程体系优化、专业实践与专业竞赛相结合、顶岗实习、毕业设计实用价值与创新水平提升等方面。According to the professional ability requirement of planners for new urbanization development in China, the concept model of characteristic applied undergraduate of urban and rural planning specialty （CAUURPS） was given, and the fundamental thoughts of developing CAUURPS by university-enterprise cooperative （告 UEC） was analyzed. The author believes that UEC is an available way of improving the training quality of CAUURPS. Based on teaching practice, the UEC-based training path of CAUURPS was put forward, which includes teachers ＂double division types＂, specialized course system optimization, practice in conjunction with competition; produced practice, the promotion of use value and innovation level of graduation design.
