数控成形磨齿机立柱振动特性分析

摘  要:为降低摆线轮磨齿机立柱振动特性对加工精度的影响,结合机械振动理论,建立了立柱振动与位移响应的数学方程,并基于有限元软件ANSYS仿真分析了不同结构参数对立柱振动特性的影响。结果表明:在一定的壁厚设计范围内,合理布局增设加强筋是提高立柱振动特性比较有效的途经。设计的立柱与预计相比,一阶固有频率提高了10.9%,最大变形量减小25.5%。最后对设计完成的机床进行了振动测试,立柱表现出较好的振动特性。研究为减小立柱振动对加工精度的影响,以及立柱的动态优化设计提供了依据。In order to reduce the influence of the vibration characteristics about cycloid gear grinder column on the machining accuracy,combined with the mechanical vibration theory,the mathematical equation of the vibration and displacement response of the column is established,and by using the finite element software ANSYS simulation to analyze the impact of different structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the column. The results show that in a certain range of wall thickness design,the most effective way to improve the vibration characteristics of the upright post is to add reinforcement and reasonable layout. Compared with the expected,the first order natural frequency of the final design of the column is increased by 10. 9%,and the maximum deformation is reduced by 25. 5%. Finally,the vibration test of the machine tool is carried out,and the column shows good vibration characteristics. The research has made contribution to reduce the influence of vibration on machining precision of column and the dynamic optimum design of column.
