摘　　要：通过采用顶层设计制度优化方案,重点以师生创新、创业为动力和载体,采用协同创新驱动的实验室建设管理方法,在深入认识本校存在的不足的同时,充分研究和借鉴其他高校实验室建设与管理经验,逐步完善运行管理机制及加强精细化和柔性化管理。实践证明,这一协同创新管理机制有效实现了资源共享、促进校内校外联动,同时通过构建完善管理绩效考核制度体系,大大提高了实验室建设管理水平。Through the top-level design system to optimize the program,and by focusing on teachers＇ and students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship as the driving force and carrier,the laboratory construction and management methods driven by collaborative innovation are adopted.In the exact understanding of the existing problems,and by fully studying and learning from the experience of laboratory construction and management in other universities,the operational management mechanism is gradually improved,and the refined and flexible management is strengthened. The practice has proved that this collaborative innovation management mechanism effectively realizes the sharing of resources,and promotes the internal and external linkage.At the same time,through the establishment of a management performance evaluation system,the university laboratory construction management level is greatly improved.
