摘  要:随着"一带一路"倡议的提出,新时期我国对外开放的总体战略日渐清晰,这将进一步推动中国与沿线国家的全面发展与深入合作,同时也对我国高等教育的国际化带来新的机遇与挑战,尤其是来华留学生教育管理要积极融入"一带一路"战略,为其全面推进提供有效的人才保障和智力支持。但随着来华留学生规模不断扩大,留学生教育管理压力不断增加,我国高校对于留学生的教育管理理念与"一带一路"沿线国家文化存在巨大差异,教育管理的方法仍较为落后,且存在着诸多不足之处。文章从留学生教育管理改革与创新的意义着手,全面深入分析"一带一路"战略背景下当前高校来华留学生教育管理存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。With the Belt and Road Initiative, strategies of China,s further opening up to the world become increasingly distinc-tive. This promotes the all - round development and in - depth cooperation between China and other countries, bringing about new opportunities and challenges to the internationalization of China,s higher education. International students ’ administration should be actively integrated into this trend, providing corresponding talent backup and intellectual support. With the increasing number and expanding scale of international students, administration pressure increases. This is partially due to the huge cultural differences between China and countries along the Road and Belt in terms of education administration. Concept discrepancy and laggard management style lead to administration inadequacies. Starting from the significance of international students, administra-tion reform, this paper thoroughly analyzes current problems and puts forward to corresponding countermeasures from the perspec-tive of the Belt and Road Initiative.
