摘　　要：全面深化改革是"四个全面"战略布局的重要组成部分,是决定当代中国命运的关键一招。党的十八届三中全会做出《关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》以来,中央出台了一系列重大措施和改革方案,全面深化改革的内容不断丰富、系统,涉及内政外交国防、治党治国治军等,基本确立了全面深化改革的"四梁八柱"主体框架,取得了重大进展和辉煌成就,党和国家各项事业发生了历史性变革,为实现"两个百年"目标和中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供了强大动力。深刻揭示全面深化改革的科学内涵,充分肯定全面深化改革的辉煌成就,全面总结全面深化改革的宝贵经验,对进一步推进全面深化改革,凝心聚力实现"两个百年"目标和中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有重大意义。Comprehensive Deepening Reform is one of the important components of‘four comprehensives’and a critical step regarding china’s destiny.Since the 3rdPlenary Session of 18thNPC issued the decision on‘regarding those important issues of comprehensive deepening reform’,the Central Government put forward a series of systematic reform measures including domestic policy,foreign affairs,national defense,discipline the Party and the Army to form a framework of‘four beams and eight columns’.It has made big progress and achievement,and pave a strong foundation for‘two hundred years’targets and realizing China Dream.
