摘 要:目的分析浙江省护士工作压力源与激励需求的相关性。方法采用工作压力源量表和自行编制的激励需求调查问卷,对浙江省9所医院727名护士进行调查,运用统计学方法分析调查结果。结果浙江省护士工作压力源平均得分为(1.56±0.54)分,处于中等偏上水平,其中工作量及时间分配维度压力最大;激励需求平均得分为(4.38±0.38)分,薪酬待遇方面的激励需求维度均分最高;浙江省护士工作压力源与激励需求呈正相关。人事性质、是否值夜班是影响浙江省护士激励需求的预测因素。结论浙江省护士工作压力处于中等偏上水平,激励需求处于渴求状态,护理管理者应重视护士激励,转变护理人力资源管理职能,通过激励减轻护士压力。Objective To analyze the correlation between job stressors and incentive demands for nurses from Zhejiang Province. Method 700 nurses of 9 hospitals of Zhejiang province was surveyed by the job stressors scale and self-made incentive demands questionnaire. The result was analyzed by statistical methods. Result The total average score of Zhejiang's nurses' job stressors was( 1. 56 ± 0. 54),which is in medium level and above. Among all the pressure sources,workload and time distribution dimension take the largest parts. The total average score of incentive demands is( 4. 38 ± 0. 38),the score of compensation is the highest. There was positive correlation between the job pressure sources and incentive demands. Income,profession and night shift are predictive factors that affect the incentive requirement. Conclusion Zhejiang's nurses' work pressure is in medium level and above,the incentive demands leaves a lot to be desired. The managers are encouraged to pay more attention to nurse incentive,change human resource function and decrease their pressures by incentive.
