摘　　要：媒介伦理理论是多层面的:前提(或逻辑起点)、道德原则和职业实践。可信的媒介伦理理论体系将对这三个层面都给予考量,并确保这三个层面在理论上的一致性。长期以来,对于媒介伦理的研究,国内外大部分学者习惯于停留在实证研究的阶段,但是媒介伦理的未来仍然依赖于成熟的能够被社会总体意识到的媒介伦理体系。建立"传播即伦理"观念的社会意义,具有覆盖传受双方的兼容性。着眼于从社群主义媒介伦理的视角来考察与新闻相关的行为现象,即从作为人与自然、人与人以及人与社会关系的关联方面来加以认识,在这种有立场的观察中体现报道者的观点,并在传播中表现出倾向性。媒体的使命是复苏公民社会,报道的目的是为了实现公民的转化。The theory of media ethics has many layers, precondition or logic origin, moral principle and pro-fessional practice. Any credible system of media credit ethics should concern about the three layers and ensuretheir consistency in theory. In terms of media ethics research, the scholars home and abroad have long beenused to study the empirical cases, but the future of media ethics always depends on a mature media ethics sys-tem recognized by the whole society. The social meaning of forming the concept ' communication embodies eth-ics' has the compatibility of covering the disseminators and the receivers. Focus on phenomena from the per-spective of communitarianism to media ethics perspective and related news, as from people and nature, peopleand people, between people and society association to be recognized, reflecting the observation reported in thisposition in the view, and in the dissemination of the tendency. The mission of the media is to restore civil soci-ety. The purpose of the report is to achieve the transformation of citizens. We should focus on the examinationof news-related behaviors from the perspective of media ethics of communitarianism, that is, grasp the relationbetween nature and man, man and man, society and man, and report the opinions of disseminator with theirposition and observation, showing their tendency in the broadcasting. The media should recall the civil societyas its mission, and reporting ought to achieve citizens' transformation.
