摘　　要：通过对相关中医药企业专利运营情况调研,针对中医药专利运营中存在的专利申请数量不多、不均衡,企业专利运营意识不强,专利运营方式比较单一,权利质押等创新方式比较欠缺,机构人员配置不足等方面的若干问题,提出从宏观层面应加强政策配套、平台建设,从微观上加强运营模式的创新,加强专利预警,提高中医药专利运营工作前瞻性等策略措施。Based on the investigation of the patent operation of the related Chinese medicine enterprises, problems are found as follows： limited and unbalanced types of patent applications of Chinese medicine, a single mode of patent operation, the lack of the pledge of rights, and weak patent operation consciousness. This paper puts forward some strategic measures such as strengthening the policy support, constructing platforms, strengthening the operation of the innovative operation mode from the microcosmic level, strengthening the patent early warning and improving the prospect of the patent operation of the traditional Chinese medicine practitioners.
