水性聚氨酯中HDI/IPDI质量比的测定研究

摘  要:采用热裂解-气质联用(Py-GC/MS)的方法,研究了水性聚氨酯材料中两种二异氰酸酯原料六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)的实际质量比与质谱特征峰峰面积比例的关系。研究表明,聚氨酯处于均一溶液状态下,这两种二异氰酸酯的特征峰峰面积比例与其实际质量比呈线性关系,从而建立了测定水性聚氨酯产品中HDI/IPDI比例的半定量分析方法。The relationship between the mass ratio and the peak area ratio of characteristic peaks of HDI and IPDI in waterborne polyurethane(WPU) material was researched by pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrome- try. The results showed that there was a linear relationship for isocyanate HDI and IPDI between the mass ratio and the characteristic peak area ratio when the WPU products were in a state of uniform solution. The semi-quantitative analysis method was established to determine this two kinds of isocyanate in WPU products.
