摘　　要：创新创业教育已成为高等教育改革的新热点,国家相关部门已出台多项支持性政策,鼓励大学生结合专业和时代发展创新创业。本文从皖北区域文化视角出发,对影响大学生创新创业意愿的因素进行分析,并提出提升皖北区域大学生创新创业能力的方案,以期为皖北区域高校大学生创新创业教育提供借鉴。Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a new hot spot of higher education reform. In recent years, relevant departments of the state also issued supportive policies to encourage college students starting innovation and entrepreneurship, which combined professional characteristics and Era development. In order to provide reference for the regional university innovation and en- trepreneurship education, this paper starts from the perspective of regional culture in northern Anhui, analyses the factors that influencing college students＇innovation and entrepreneurship, proposes how to improve college students＇innovation ability in the regional plan.
