摘 要:高校体育教育体系构建的依据是体育与健康课程标准,即,身体健康教育、运动参与教育、运动能力教育、心理健康教育、社会适应教育。以文献资料法、专家访谈法、行动研究法对本题目进行的实践研究,针对高校体育教育中千人一面,万人一腔的发展现状,创建高校体育教育工作体系,研究并提炼出高校体育以课堂体育教学为核心,以课外体育活动为中心的多元化教学组织措施,形成符合大学生身心健康的体育教育组织实施方案,体现当代大学生体育教育综合培养的工作要求,并为其进行的体育教育工作实践提供参考。The college physical education system established based on the objectives of PE curriculum includes physical health education, sports participation education, athletic ability education, mental health education and social adaptation education. Researching methods such as literature collecting and application, expert interview and attribution are used to conduct a practical study on this research topic. Given the monotonous development status in the college physical education, this paper constructs a college physical education system to refine the multiple teaching organization measures that focus on both the classroom physical education and the extracurricular physical activities in the college physical education, form the multiple teaching organization and implementation plans that are suitable for the physical and mental health of college students, reflect the working requirements for the comprehensive cultivation of college student physical education in contemporary, and provide reference for the working practice of physical education.
