摘  要:建立了联轴器的有限元模型,确定联轴器螺栓孔与螺栓发生挤压时的危险位置,计算联轴器传递不同扭矩时危险位置的最大等效应力,进一步拟合得到联轴器传递扭矩与危险位置最大等效应力之间的关系式.最后仿真两相短路故障时的电磁力矩响应,通过该关系式得到联轴器与螺栓所受的瞬时局部应力.结果表明:当汽轮发电机组轴系发生扭振故障时,联轴器部位所受的扭矩出现波动,此处的应力处于交变状态,长期处于交变应力作用下会使部件发生疲劳失效.Numerical simulation was conducted on the flow characteristics of a finned heat exchanger with two rows of oval tube using porous media model at following air inlet angles,such as 30°,45°,60°and90°,respectively,and subsequently the simulation results were compared with experimental data,so as to analyze the effects of air inlet angle on the distribution of exchanger face velocity.Results show that within the test range of air inlet angle,the flow resistance loss of heat exchanger increases with reducing air inlet angle;the errorΔpbetween calculation results and experimental data is less than 7%at different inlet angles of air;the most uniform flow distribution can be achieved when the inlet angle between two neighboring oval tubes is set to be 90°.
