基于运气理论的《伤寒论》“蓄血证”的论治探析

摘　　要：中医运气理论主要由"五运"和"六气"两部分组成。六经气化是"六经"理论与运气理论的"桥梁"。《伤寒论》的下焦蓄血证在太阳病篇和阳明病篇中都有比较具体的论述,治疗用药差别不是特别大,且都用到了抵当汤,可从六经理论与五运六气来分析。太阳蓄血证乃热与瘀血结于下焦形成"热结膀胱",病属太阳膀胱经所生之病,治疗上从六经气化理论考虑。而在阳明蓄血证,则考虑是太阳与阳明司之间的气和经传变所致,治疗上为五运六气和六经气化相结合。Traditional Chinese medicine theory of Yun-Qi by the ＂ five movements ＂ and ＂ six Qi ＂ two parts. The Qi transformation through six channels is the ＂ bridge＂ of the six channels theory and the theory of Yun-Qi. ＂ Treatise on Febrile Diseases,＂ the next coke blood syndrome in the taiyang disease articles and yangming disease articles have a more specific discussion,the difference is not particularly large therapeutic drugs,and are used when the soup when the six channels from the theory and the five movements six Qi analysis. Taiyang blood stasis syndrome is heat and blood stasis in the formation of the next focus ＂ hot junction bladder＂,the disease is the sun by the bladder of the disease,the treatment of gasification theory from the qi transformation through six channels. In Yangming,then consider the sun and Yangming division between the Qi and caused by the transmission,the treatment for the five movements six Qi and Qi transformation through six channels.
