不同用药方案治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性十二指肠溃疡的效果比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较研究不同用药方案治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性十二指肠溃疡的效果。方法抽选该院幽门螺杆菌相关性十二指肠溃疡患者62例进行研究,均在2014年3月—2016年1月期间收治,通过简单随机分组的方式将其分为2组,分别为对照组(给予患者三联疗法进行治疗)与观察组(实施四联疗法治疗),对比两组患者的临床疗效、HP根除率及不良反应发生概率。结果观察组患者的临床总好转概率、HP根除率分别为90.32%、93.55%,均较对照组高(P<0.05),观察组与对照组患者的不良反应发生概率分别为12.90%、16.13%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予幽门螺杆菌相关性十二指肠溃疡患者四联(埃索美拉唑、阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星、果胶铋)疗法进行治疗,可促进溃疡面的愈合,提升HP根除率,效果显著,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective To comparatively research the effect of different medication plans in treatment of helicobacter pylori associated duodenal ulcer. Methods 62 cases of patients with helicobacter pylori associated duodenal ulcer in our hospital from March 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, and the control group were treated with triple therapy, the observation group were treated with quadruple chemotherapy, and the clinical curative effect, HP-eradication rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical improvement rate and HP eradication rate were respectively 90.32% and 93.55%, which were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group had no statistical significance （12.90% vs 16.13%）（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The quadruple chemotherapy （Esomeprazole, amoxicillin, levofloxaein, bismuth pectin） in treatment of helieobacter pylori associated duodenal ulcer can promote the healing of ulcer surface and improve the HP eradication rate, the effect is obvious, which is further promotion and application in clinic.
