嗜铬细胞瘤的MSCT影像表现

摘　　要：目的探讨嗜铬细胞瘤的MSCT影像表现，提高其影像诊断准确率。方法收集2009年3月至2015年5月22例经手术病理证实的嗜铬细胞瘤的临床资料，均行MSCT平扫及增强扫描。结果肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤16例，异位嗜铬细胞瘤6例。规则圆形或椭圆形14例、分叶状8侧。均匀实性肿块9例、囊实性肿块12例、完全囊变1例。良性嗜铬细胞瘤21例、恶性嗜铬细胞瘤1例伴有大量钙化。结论嗜铬细胞瘤的MSCT检查可以清晰显示病灶形态、密度、强化表现及周围毗邻关系，影像表现具有一定的特征性，经全面的影像分析并结合临床资料，可以作出准确的诊断。Objective To investigate the MSCT imaging features of pheochromocytoma and to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods Twenty-two cases of pheochromocytoma confirmed by surgery and pathology from March 2009 to May 2015 were collected, all Of which examined by MSCT plain scan and enhanced scan. Results Sixteen cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma and 6 cases of ectopic pheochromocytoma were enrolled. The shape of regular round or oval were found in 14 cases, lobulated in 8 cases. Nine cases characterized were homogeneous solid masses, 12 cases as cystic mass and 1 cases with cystic degeneration. 21 cases were benign pheochromocytoma and the other one case was malignant pheochromocytoma with massive calcification.Conclusion MSCT examination can clearly show pheochromocytoma lesion shape, density, enhancement and adjacent relationships. With comprehensive analysis of imaging characteristics combined with clinical information, the correct diagnosis can be made.
