摘　　要：随着国家开放大学的全面建设和学习网Moodle平台的逐步推进,原有的支持服务已不能满足新形势下学习需求,为此提出"一体化、一站式"学习支持服务。在总结太原广播电视大学学习支持服务多年经验的基础上,对"一体化、一站式"学习支持服务类型及功能进行实证分析,为新形势下地市级学院构建完善、高效的远程教育学习支持服务体系提出对策和建议。With the step-by-step progress of comprehensive construction in the Open University of China and learning network based onMoodle platform, the original support services can not meet the needs of new situation. Therefore, we propose an ＂integrated andone-stop＂ learning support service. ＂Integrated and one-stop＂ learning support service is based on the summarization of many years＇experience of learning support service in Taiyuan Radio ＆ TV University. This paper analyzes its types and functions empirically, and putsforward countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of a perfect and efficient learning support service system in new situation
