摘　　要：目前各种社会问题和各类矛盾日渐增多,社会工作专业是一门实践性、应用性很强的学科,社会工作人才在社会发展过程中解决各类社会问题所起到的作用也越来越大。有必要从社会工作专业发展现状入手,分析目前社会工作人才培养过程中存在的主要问题和矛盾。以天津广播电视大学社会工作专业的培养模式为例,从专业建设、课程体系、面授教学和实务实训等方面探讨适应天津发展的社会工作专业人才培养模式。At present, various social problems and contradictions are increasing. Social work is a practical and highly applied subject.Social workers play a more important role in solving social problems in social development. It is necessary to start from the development ofthe social work profession, and analyze the main problems and contradictions in the process of cultivating social work talents. This papertakes the training mode of social work specialty of Tianjin Open University as an example, and explore the professional personnel trainingmodel to adapt to the development of Tianjin from major building, curriculum system, face-to-face teaching, and practical training, etc.
