垂体后叶素和缩宫素在子宫肌瘤剥除术中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究对比子宫肌瘤剥除术中应用垂体后叶素和缩宫素行预处理的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年1月-2017年3月所收治的30例经腹子宫肌瘤剥除术患者作为本次研究对象。按照就诊时间将其分为研究组(n=16)和对照组(n=14),对照组患者在手术中应用缩宫素行预处理,研究组患者在手术中应用垂体后叶素行预处理,对比分析两组的临床效果。结果:研究组患者的手术时间(53.56±12.87)min,术中出血量(57.89±30.27)ml,明显少于对照组(74.89±9.44)min、(119.47±67.12)ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:垂体后叶素应用在子宫肌瘤剥除术中的临床效果优于缩宫素,能够有效减少术中的出血量,缩短手术时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To study the clinical effect of pretreatment of pitnitrin and oxytocin in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.Method： 30 eases with removal uterine fibmids treated in our hospital were selected as the objects of stucly, from January 2014 to March 2017.The patients were divided into the study group（n=16） and the control group（n=14）.The patients in the control group were treated with Oxytocin before the operation.The patients in the study group were treated with Pituitrin as pretreatment.C0mpared and analyzed the clinical effects of the two groups.Result： The operative time （53.56± 12.87）rain, intraoperative blood loss （57.89 ~ 30.27）ral in the study group were significantly less than （74.89 ± 9.44）rain, （119.47± 67.12）m1 in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Condusion： The clinical effect of using Pituitrin in the uterine fibroids is superior than Oxytocin, it can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding in surgery, shorten the operation time, worthy of clinical application.
