摘　　要：目的研究口腔护理联合湿润烧伤膏治疗急性白血病化疗后化脓性扁桃体炎的护理体会。方法选择我院2014年1月至2015年12月收治的83例急性白血病化疗后化脓性扁桃体炎患者,随机分为常规组和干预组。常规组给予常规护理,干预组在常规组基础上给予口腔护理联合湿润烧伤膏治疗。比较两组临床治疗总有效率,患者咽部充血、扁桃体肿大、咽痛持续时间及住院时间。结果干预组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);干预组咽部充血、扁桃体肿大、咽痛持续时间及住院时间明显短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论口腔护理联合湿润烧伤膏治疗急性白血病化疗后化脓性扁桃体炎可以提高治疗有效率,缩短咽部充血、扁桃体肿大、咽痛持续时间及住院时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the nursing experience of oral care combined with moist exposed burn ointment in the treatment of suppurative tonsillitis after acute leukemia chemotherapy. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, 83 cases of patients with suppurative tonsillitis after acute leukemia chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as the objects and randomly divided into routine group and intervention group. The routine group accepted routine nursing care, and the intervention group received oral care combined with moist exposed burn ointment on the basis of the routine group. The clinical total effective rate, pharyngeal hyperemia time, tonsil enlargement time, sore throat sustain time and the hospitalization time of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the routine group （P〈0.05）; the pharyngeal hyperemia time, tonsil enlargement time, sore throat sustain time and the hospitalization time of the intervention group were shorter than those of the routine group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral care combined with moist exposed burn ointment in patients with suppurative tonsillitis after acute leukemia chemotherapy can improve the total effective rate of the treatment, and shorten the pharyngeal hyperemia time, tonsil enlargement time, sore throat sustain time and the hospitalization time, which is worthy of promotion and application.
