延伸护理对青光眼睫状体炎综合征患者复诊依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察延伸护理对青光眼睫状体炎综合征患者复诊依从性的影响。方法:选取自2013年1月至2015年12月,在本院门诊收治的青睫综合征患者46例(52只眼),将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各23例。两组患者住院期间均由主管医生和主管护士进行青睫综合征相关知识的健康教育及出院指导。对照组采取以口头宣教为主要方式,告知患者定期来院复诊的必要性和复诊时间,观察组患者出院后给予延伸护理方式进行指导,对两组患者的复诊依从性、并发症及复发率分别进行比较。结果:两组患者的复诊依从性进行比较,P<0.01,差别有显著统计学意义;观察组出现视野缺损及需要手术的患者明显低于对照组,两者之间进行比较,P<0.05,差别有统计学意义;两组患者的复发率进行比较,P<0.05,差别有统计学意义。结论:延伸护理能明显提高青睫综合征患者的复诊依从性,并提高治疗效果,值得临床推广和应用。Objective：To observe the effect of extended care on patients compliance in glaucomato-cyclitic syndrome.Methods：46patients（52eyes）who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group with a total of 23 cases.The two groups of patients during hospitalization were responsible for the health education and discharge guidance of the relevant knowledge of the syndrome.To take the oral education as the main way to the control group,to inform the necessity of regular hospital visit and regular hospital referral time to them.Patients in the observation group were given extended nursing guidance after discharge.The compliance,complications and recurrence rate of two groups were compared respectively.Results：Compared the compliance of two groups of patients,P〈0.01,the difference was significant;The visual field defects,the need for surgical patients in observation group were significantly lower than the control group,compared between the two items,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant;complex compared the recurrence rate of two groups,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Extended care can significantly improve the compliance of glaucomatocyclitic crisis patients,and improve the therapeutic effect,is worthy of promotion and application.
