摘  要:本文从学生入学初期和就业特点与要求入手,构建职业精神、情感、道德和职业技能为主体的职业目标,形成职业人培养体系,明确职业人培养目标和途径,通过教育教学改革与实践总结,实现职业系统教育,培养满足社会需求,具有职业精神、理念,有足够知识、相应的技能和职业发展能力的职业人,为解决园艺高技能人才培养与社会需求的结构性矛盾做探索性研究与总结。Builded career objective with professional spirit,profession emotion,career morality and specialized technical skill,according to the demands and features in the stages of admission and employment respectively,formed training system of professionals,and understood the training objective and method of professionals.Through education reform and application summary,established vocational education systematically,and trained the professionals with professional spirit,career philosophy,basic specialized knowledge,the obvious technical skill and professional development ability.The purpose of'this study project is to solve the incompatibility between social requirement and the training of technician in horticulture major.
