《婴童百问》首序作者夏言、严嵩之考辨

摘　　要：《婴童百问》10卷,儿科著作,相传为明代鲁伯嗣撰。该书博采众家,融合已说,许多病的论治多有精见独到之处,对现代儿科临床疾病的治疗具有积极的指导意义和实用价值。该书首序作者在不同的版本中署名有夏言、严嵩之别,根据此序题记时间"嘉靖壬寅仲冬长至日"考证当时的历史,发现这种情况与明代夏言、严嵩两大权臣倾轧互争有关。很有可能是夏言作序在前,而严嵩篡改在后。此书于嘉靖十八年(1539年)许赞呈书后获准于礼部校刊,嘉靖二十一年(1542年)完成,但夏言革职时尚未完工,以至严嵩有篡改之机。Ying Tong Bai Wen is a pediatric academic work that contains ten chapters. It is said that the author is Lu Bo-si. The book draws on the experience in the treatment of many pediatric specialists, combined with his experience. Therefore, this ancient book on the treatment of modern pediatric clinical disease has a positive guiding significance and practical value. The first preface＇s author of this book is considered either as Xia Yan or Yan Song in different versions. This study was based on the history of the time at the end of the preface. This phenomenon related to the conflict between Xia Yan and Yan Song in Ming Dynasty. In the year of 1539 Xu Zan presented the book to the emperor. The book was published in the year of 1539 and completed in the year of 1542 by the Ministry of Rites in feudal China. It is probable that the book was not completed when Xia Yan was dismissed, so Yan Song had chances to falsify the name of the preface.
