摘　　要：目的:探讨艾迪注射液辅助静脉化疗对结肠癌患者血清肿瘤标志物及外周血免疫分子的影响。方法:收集在本院接受住院治疗的结肠癌患者92例,回顾治疗方案并分为两组,对照组接受单纯静脉化疗、观察组接受艾迪注射液辅助静脉化疗的。对比两组治疗前后血清肿瘤标志物,外周血免疫分子含量的差异。结果:治疗前,两组血清中肿瘤标志物含量,外周血中免疫分子含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清中肿瘤标志物CEA、CA199、CA50、PTN、CCSA-2的含量低于对照组,外周血中Th1/Th2细胞因子IL-2、IFN-γ的含量高于对照组,IL-4、IL-10的含量低于对照组,外周血中Th17细胞因子IL-17A、IL-22的含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结肠癌患者接受艾迪注射液辅助静脉化疗,可有效降低血清肿瘤标志物含量,优化免疫分子水平。Objective：To discuss the effect of Aidi injection-assisted intravenous chemotherapy on serum tumor markers and peripheral blood immune molecules in patients with colon cancer.Methods：A total of 92 patients with colon cancer who were hospitalized in Deyang People＇s Hospital in Sichuan Province between October 2013 and October 2016 were collected and divided into the control group（n=50）who received intravenous chemotherapy alone and the observation group（n=42）who received Aidi injection-assisted intravenous chemotherapy after the therapies were reviewed.The differences in serum tumor markers and peripheral blood immune molecule contents before and after treatment were compared between two groups of patients.Results：Before treatment,differences in serum tumor marker levels and peripheral blood immune molecule levels were not statistically significant between two groups of patients（P〉0.05）.After treatment,serum tumor markers CEA,CA199,CA50,PTN and CCSA-2levels of observation group were lower than those of control group,peripheral blood Th1/Th2 cytokines IL-2and IFN-γlevels were higher than those of control group while IL-4and IL-10 levels were lower than those of control group,and peripheral blood Th17 cytokines IL-17 Aand IL-22 levels were lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Aidi injection-assisted intravenous chemotherapy can effectively reduce the serum tumor marker contents and optimize the immune molecule levels in patients with colon cancer.
