摘　　要：目的 :探讨PS2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征相关性。方法 :应用免疫组织化学SABC法 ,检测 5 0例人乳腺癌组织中PS2蛋白的表达。结果 :PS2蛋白阳性 2 6例 ,占 5 2 %。PS2表达与组织学分级、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、远处转移呈反比 ,与ER水平呈正比。PS2在乳腺小叶癌中的表达明显高于导管癌。结论 :PS2可作为判断乳腺癌预后的可靠指标。Purpose:To study the expression of the PS2 protein in breast cancer and the relationship with patient's clinical characterisitcs.Methods:PS2 protein was examined by immunocytochemistry in 50 patients with breast cancer. Results:The intensity of PS2 expression was directly related with histological grade,tumor size,lymph nodes metastasis,distant metastasis,pathological type and ER expression.Conclusions:PS2 can be used as a prognostic factor of breast cancer.
