摘  要:目的:探讨临床护士疲劳与焦虑及职业倦怠的关系。方法:应用疲劳量表-14、焦虑自评量表SAS、职业倦怠量表及自编的调查问卷对271名护士进行调查,应用SPSS 16.0软件进行描述性统计、差异性分析和相关分析。结果:不同疲劳水平的护士焦虑程度和职业倦怠程度有显著性差异,焦虑、职业倦怠得分越高的护士疲劳程度越高。相关分析显示疲劳与焦虑水平、职业倦怠呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:护士有较高的疲劳、焦虑及职业倦怠发生率,疲劳和焦虑与职业倦怠密切相关,焦虑和职业倦怠容易导致护士疲劳的发生,焦虑和低成就感对护士脑力疲劳影响显著。Objective: To explore the correlation of nurse fatigue, anxiety and job burnout.Method: 271 nurses were investigated by fatigue scale-14, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey, and the difference and correlation of data were analyzed and described by SPSS 16~Result: There were significant differences in anxiety and job burnout of nurses with different level of fatigue, and the nurses with high score of anxiety and burnout had a high level of fatigue.The correlation analyze data showed there were significant positive correlation in nurses fatigue, anxiety and job burnout (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: Clinical nurses have high incidence of fatigue, anxiety and job burnout, the fatigue, anxiety and job burnout has a close correlation, anxiety and low level sense of achievement has an significant effect on mental fatigue of nurse.
