临床护士疲劳与焦虑及职业倦怠的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护士疲劳与焦虑及职业倦怠的关系。方法:应用疲劳量表-14、焦虑自评量表SAS、职业倦怠量表及自编的调查问卷对271名护士进行调查,应用SPSS 16.0软件进行描述性统计、差异性分析和相关分析。结果:不同疲劳水平的护士焦虑程度和职业倦怠程度有显著性差异,焦虑、职业倦怠得分越高的护士疲劳程度越高。相关分析显示疲劳与焦虑水平、职业倦怠呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:护士有较高的疲劳、焦虑及职业倦怠发生率,疲劳和焦虑与职业倦怠密切相关,焦虑和职业倦怠容易导致护士疲劳的发生,焦虑和低成就感对护士脑力疲劳影响显著。Objective： To explore the correlation of nurse fatigue, anxiety and job burnout.Method： 271 nurses were investigated by fatigue scale-14, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey, and the difference and correlation of data were analyzed and described by SPSS 16~Result： There were significant differences in anxiety and job burnout of nurses with different level of fatigue, and the nurses with high score of anxiety and burnout had a high level of fatigue.The correlation analyze data showed there were significant positive correlation in nurses fatigue, anxiety and job burnout （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Clinical nurses have high incidence of fatigue, anxiety and job burnout, the fatigue, anxiety and job burnout has a close correlation, anxiety and low level sense of achievement has an significant effect on mental fatigue of nurse.
