摘　　要：目的 :观察并评价静脉合并腹腔化疗治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法 :用ELF方案 (CF、5 Fu、VP16 )静脉滴注加DDP腹腔化疗 6 1例晚期胃癌病人 ,观察并记录近期疗效和毒副反应。结果 :全组患者总有效率为 5 7.4 % ,其中CR率为 9.8% ,毒副反应较轻 ,主要为白细胞下降发生率为 95 .1% ,血小板下降发生率为2 7.8%。结论 :静脉加腹腔化疗治疗晚期胃癌疗效肯定 ,毒副反应轻 ,值得临床研究应用。Purpose:To evaluate the immediate therapeutic effects and toxicities of intraperitoneal versus intravenous chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Sixty one patients were treated with intravenous chemotherapy of leucovorin (CF) , fluorouracil ( 5 Fu) etoposide (Vp16) and intraperitoneal chemotherapy of cis platinum (DDP) in advanced gastric cancer. The short term effects and toxicities were observed.Results:The overall response rate was 57.4% and the complete response rate was 9.8% of the 61 patients .Leukopenia was observed in 95.1%, thrombocy topentia were observed in 27.8% of patients . Other side effects were uncommon.Conclusions:Intravenous chemotherapy of ELF and intraperitoneal chemotherapy of DDP were effective for advanced gastric cancer and are worthy to be further studied.
