摘　　要：针对喷药机的应用现状,提出一种基于可编程序控制器和人机界面的喷药控制系统,可提高喷药机的作业精度,同时实现喷药机自动喷药、喷药强度自动调节、药箱自动补水、数据实时显示查询与存储等功能。Aiming at the application status of the spraying machine, a control system for chemical spray based on PLC and man-machine interface was proposed. This machine can improve the operation accuracy of the spraying machine and at the same time the chemical spraying machine can realize the functions including automatic spraying, self-regulation of spraying intensity, automatic replenishment of water into chemical tank and real-time data query and memory.
