胃肠起搏治疗胃肠功能紊乱性疾病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价胃肠起搏在胃肠功能紊乱性疾病治疗中的临床价值。方法选择我院收治的110例胃肠动力紊乱性疾病患者作为研究对象进行随机对照研究,将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组给予个体化抑酸、胃肠动力药物治疗,观察组在此基础上联合胃肠起搏治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、症状积分及胃泌素水平。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,无效率低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月后,观察组共随访患者50例,而对照组共随访46例;观察组患者复发或加重率为20.00%(10/50),低于对照组的52.17%(24/46)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的症状总积分及胃泌素水平均降低,且观察组上述两项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃肠起搏治疗胃肠功能紊乱性疾病,疗效确切,可缓解症状,且复发少,通过改善胃肠动力减少胃泌素水平。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of gastrointestinal pacemaker on functional gastrointestinal disorders. Methods A total of 110 patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders were selected as the research objects for a randomized controlled study and divided into control group and observation group, with 55 eases in each group. The control group was treated with individualized acid and gastrointestinal motility drugs, and the observation group was treated with gastrointestinal pacemaker on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, symptom score and gastrin levels were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the inefficiency rate was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After 3 months of follow-up, 50 patients were followed up in the observation group and 46 patients in the control group; the recurrence or severity rate of the observation group was 20.00% （10/50）, which was lower than 52.17% （24/46） of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the total symptom scores and gastrin levels of the two groups decreased, and the two indexes levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gastrointestinal pacemaker has exact effect on gastrointestinal function disorder, which can relieve the symptoms, has less relapse, and reduce gastrin levels by improving gastrointestinal motility.
