摘　　要：部分男性行直肠癌根治术后出现排尿功能障碍,如何避免排尿功能障碍,改善患者术后生活质量一直是患者及临床医师关注的焦点,对手术治疗提出了更高的要求。术中保护盆腔自主神经是避免患者术后产生排尿功能障碍的关键。近年来,腹腔镜直肠癌根治术成为治疗直肠癌的常规手术方式,腹腔镜下有放大视野的作用,术中解剖清晰,能够更好地保留盆腔自主神经,减少排尿功能障碍的发生。Part of male rectal cancer patients who received rectal cancer radical surgery may appear urinary dysfunction, how to avoid urinary dysfunction and improve the life quality of the patients are the focus of the patients and clinicians, and it puts forward higher requirements for surgical treatment. Pelvic autonomic nerve preservation in the operation is the key to avoid postoperative urinary dysfunction. In recent years, laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer has been the routine surgery surgical treatment for rectal cancer. There are magnification field under laparoscopic surgery, and it has clear anatomic structure, and can reserve pelvic autonomic nerve preservation significantly, which can reduce the incidence of urinary dysfunction.
