摘 要:水稻蛋白质含量和脂肪含量是衡量稻米营养品质的重要指标。将来自35个作图群体共238个与水稻蛋白质、脂肪相关的QTL信息进行收集整理。利用软件Biomercator 2.1,把收集到的与水稻蛋白质含量和脂肪含量相关的QTLs,通过共有标记映射的方法整合到参考图谱Cornell 2001上,利用基于元分析的方法获得"真实"QTLs,并且建立与水稻蛋白质和脂肪含量相关的QTLs的一致性图谱,共分析获得29个与蛋白质含量相关的"真实"QTLs及其连锁标记,分布在在第1、第2、第3、第4、第6、第7、第8、第9和第10染色体上;共分析得到12个与脂肪含量相关的"真实"QTLs及其连锁标记,分布在第3、第5、第6、第7和第8染色体上。为水稻蛋白质含量和脂肪含量相关基因的精细定位、图位克隆及其分子辅助育种提供技术支持和理论依据。Protein content and fat content were important indexes to measure the nutritional quality of rice. In this research, a total of 238 QTL informations related to protein content and fat content from 35 mapping populations were collected. Through Biomercator 2.1, these QTLs were integrated into the reference map Cornell 2001 by using common mark mapping method, the real QTLs were calculated by the method of meta-analysis, moreover, a consensus map of QTLs related to protein content and fat content of rice were constructed. Totally, 29 real QTLs related to protein content and their linked markers were found from 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 chromosomes. 12 real QTLs related to fat content and their linked markers were found from 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 chromosomes. This research offered a basis for fine mapping, map-based cloning for protein and fat contents of rice and marker-assisted breeding of rice quality breeding.
