中厚皮片移植在局部晚期乳腺癌胸壁皮肤缺损中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用中厚游离皮瓣治疗局部晚期乳腺癌术后胸壁皮肤缺损的可行性。方法回顾性分析我院自2011年以来收治的15例局部晚期乳腺癌病人的临床资料,患者在接受标准的乳腺癌改良根治术后,采用游离中厚皮片移植的方法修复胸壁的巨大皮肤缺损。结果 13例患者植皮区游离皮片完全成活,1例约20%的植皮区域出现表皮坏死,1例约10%的皮片坏死,经换药后痊愈。无围手术期死亡。结论对于可手术的局部晚期乳腺癌患者,游离中厚皮片可以覆盖肿瘤切除后的胸壁皮肤缺损,具有较好的疗效。Objective To explore the feasibility of free skin transplantation in the treatment of postsurgieal defect of locally advanced breast cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in whiehl5 cases of LABC patients in our hospital who receiving free medium thickness skin graft transplantation to repair the skin defect after modified radical masteetomy.Results 13 cases of free skin graft survived, 1 case occurred about 20% epidermal necrosis,and I case occurred about 10% skin necrosis.No death occurred ＂after surgery.Conclusion For patients with LABC,free medium thickness skin can cover the chest wall skin defect after tumor resection,and has good curative effeet.
