周亚滨教授治疗稳定型心绞痛经验

摘　　要：[目的]总结周亚滨教授治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床经验,以期对临床辨治稳定型心绞痛有一定的指导及启示。[方法]通过收集、整理病例处方,从病因病机、药物作用、治则治法及配伍规律等方面进行总结,并附医案一篇,系统介绍周亚滨教授治疗稳定型心绞痛的经验与方法。[结果]周亚滨教授认为"瘀血阻脉、痰浊阻滞、寒邪凝滞、气机不畅、心阳亏虚"为本病的主要病机,"活血化瘀通络、理气化痰祛湿、益气温阳散寒"为主要治法,临证时详辨标本虚实,分清轻重缓急,治法灵活多样,所举验案根据辨证施治、扶正祛邪的原则,运用活血祛痰通络治法,疗效显著。[结论]周亚滨教授辨治稳定型心绞痛的临证经验对治疗本病具有一定指导意义,值得学习。[Objective]To summarize professor ZHOU Yabin＇s clinical experience in the treatment of stable angina pectoris and clinical syndrome differentiation of stable angina has certain guidance and inspiration. [Methods] Through the method of collecting clinical prescription,summed up the professor ZHOU Yabin＇s experience and methods for the treatment of stable angina from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, drug effect, therapeutic principle and method,compatibility regularity. [Results]Professor ZHOU Yabin thinks that ＂blood stasis resistance of arteries and veins, phlegm turbidity block, cold evil stagnate, stagnation of qi activity and heart Yang deficiency＂are the main pathogenesis of the disease,＂promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,facilitating phlegm and clearing damp, invigorating qi and warming yang to dispel the cold ＂as main treatments,the consilia utilizes the therapies of invigorating the circulation of blood,eliminating phlegm and dredging collaterals, the clinical effects is remarkable. [Conclusion]ZHOU Yabin＇s clinical experience of treating stable angina has certain guiding significance,the clinical experience is worth learning.
